Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

By registering an Account on gta777, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
3. You are a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of gta777, nor a close family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been excluded from gta777 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
7. You understand that online gaming carries financial risk and that gta777 does not guarantee winnings.

Account Registration

To access real-money services on gta777, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The following conditions apply:

• All registration information — including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number — must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. gta777 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• You must notify gta777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.
• Account sharing — providing your credentials to another individual or allowing another person to play on your Account — is strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate Accounts opened by the same individual will be suspended. The duplicate Account's balance (including any winnings) will be forfeited. The original Account may also be subject to review.

Identity Verification (KYC)

gta777 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, all Players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. The KYC process requires:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full legal name, photograph, date of birth, and address.
• Optional additional documentation if required for enhanced security verification, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), selfie verification holding your KTP, or bank account ownership verification.

gta777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to situations where:

1. A withdrawal request is submitted.
2. Unusual betting patterns or account activity are detected.
3. The cumulative deposit amount exceeds Rp 5,000,000.
4. A bonus has been claimed and wagering requirements are being completed.

Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will remain in pending status. Failure to submit requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request will result in Account suspension.

Deposits

gta777 supports deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The following rules apply:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers; Rp 10,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds transferred from another person's account) will be rejected and returned.
• Processing time: Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 2–10 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Outside of these hours, processing may take up to 60 minutes.
• gta777 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will be declined.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• If a bonus is active on your Account, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before the bonus winnings portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• Processing time: Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 6–24 hours. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 2–6 hours. Processing times are measured from the moment KYC is approved and all withdrawal conditions are met.

gta777 reserves the right to request additional verification or decline a withdrawal if:

1. The withdrawal request exceeds the stated limits.
2. Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is suspected.
3. The Account is flagged for review due to unusual betting patterns.
4. The Player has failed to provide requested KYC documentation.

Withdrawal fees: gta777 does not charge fees for withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees which are deducted from the transferred amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

gta777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms which are published alongside the promotional offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with those terms. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 8x to 35x the bonus amount) which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum allowed bet per spin or per hand is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports betting 50%–100% depending on odds. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any uncompleted wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other unfair advantage will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of all winnings, and potential Account suspension.

Game Rules & Betting

All games on gta777 — including slots, live dealer tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting markets), and sports betting — operate according to their published rules. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood the rules of the specific game or market.
• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. gta777 will not cancel or refund a bet after it has been placed except in cases of obvious technical error.
• For sports betting, if a match is abandoned, postponed by more than 48 hours, or voided by the governing body, bets on that event are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules are available in our Sportsbook Rules.
• For live dealer games, the video feed is the authoritative record of the game outcome. If a discrepancy exists between the video feed and the software result, the video feed takes precedence.
• For slot games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) is independently certified. Each spin is an independent event; previous results do not influence future outcomes.

Maximum winnings: Unless otherwise specified in a game's individual rules, the maximum payout on any single bet or game round is Rp 500,000,000. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at the maximum.

Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account for a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from gta777:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or falsified bank documentation.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tool to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gta777 staff or other Players via chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform.

gta777 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gta777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, software, text, game designs, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of gta777 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
• Use the gta777 name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access gta777's services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Privacy & Data Protection

gta777 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to:

• The collection of personal data including name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gameplay history.

Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials or from unauthorized third-party access to your Account.
• Errors in game results caused by software defects, provided that gta777 takes reasonable steps to correct the error and refund affected bets.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunity, or emotional distress.

Maximum liability: In the event that gta777 is found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time:

• Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you following KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Termination by gta777: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will return your real-money balance (excluding any winnings obtained through breach) but reserve the right to withhold funds under investigation.

The following clauses survive termination: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any obligations related to outstanding payments.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of gta777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
